MAGIC NIC 

Magic Nic was not born into a musical home.
 Sheepishly self-taught, he left a cold town on the New England plateau to find it on the inner-west stages of Sydney. While belting over three part harmonies of garage-pop outfit Easy Street and transcending the astral plane with experimental noise rockers Greyhound, Magic Nic was slowly building a collection of heart sung scripts to croon over his creaking, soulful strokes. Summoning the ghost of Woody, the spirit of Chet and a borrowed electric guitar, he somehow emulsified it all to a warbling cassette tape.

HOLLIE MATTHEW 

Songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Hollie Matthew has spent a decade in the Sydney music scene performing and recording with local outfits Swamp Fat Jangles, Echo Deer, Greyhound. In solo mode, Hollie's gothic-folk songs about politics, sex, literature and nature are at home in a dark bar with plenty of reverb and whisky. For fans of PJ Harvey, Gillian Welch and Timber Timbre.
