It's been a long time coming, but the wait is finally over. Melbourne's soulful alt country troubadour Rick Hart will be releasing his long awaited third album 'In The Midnight Sky Alone' in February 2024. As part of promoting his new offering, Hart will be heading up to NSW to play a few special shows with Vanessa Hart including his only Sydney show on April 3rd at the Midnight Special in Newtown.

Hart's new album, produced with Americana stalwarts Lachlan Bryan and Damian Cafarella, features songs that transcend genre, be it country, blues, rock, folk, honky tonk and bluegrass, they all have their place. For The Country Record said “Hart is a refreshing counterpart to the plethora of male singers who have gone awry of country tradition. Hart is a perfect antidote to whatever bro-hangover still looms over us”
